I'm excited to announce the launch of my reliability engineering tools section! These tools are designed to help engineers and researchers with common reliability analysis tasks.
Temperature Mission Profiles
The temperature mission profile tool allows you to:
- Upload CSV files with time and temperature data
- Visualize profiles with interactive charts
- View statistics including min, max, average temperatures, and duration
- Export processed data back to CSV
The tool automatically detects CSV format and handles various input formats, making it easy to work with your existing data.
Acceleration Factor Calculators
I've implemented three industry-standard acceleration factor models:
Arrhenius Model
Perfect for temperature acceleration analysis. Simply input your activation energy and temperature conditions to calculate the acceleration factor.
Coffin-Manson Model
Ideal for thermal cycling fatigue analysis. This model helps relate test conditions to use conditions for temperature cycling.
Norris-Landsberg Model
A comprehensive model that accounts for combined stress factors including temperature, humidity, and voltage effects.
